A Great Norway Halal Trip
in a Nutshell
Hello Travelers! You are currently reading NHT Blogs, an initiative for travelers around the world to grow and stay informed about the most trending Halal destinations!
Let’s get back to business with the Halal Trip in a Nutshell!

When I hear the word ‘Halal Trip’ all I can think about is convenience and ease, what’s better than getting everything you will ever need while you’re traveling the world, without any worries? As a devoted Muslim, I would prefer a perfectly planned halal trip over the hustle of finding halal restaurants on my own in a foreign country.
It begins with a Muslim friendly Itinerary, a time-table and a travel plan in accordance with the Islamic rules. The itinerary of your Halal Trip would typically include Includes
In Flight Prayers and During the Trip:
A much appreciated service in your Halal trip. The availability of Prayer timings on the flight along with the ablution facilities, when it’s difficult to track the timings.
Halal Restaurants:
A crucial part of your Halal Trip is availability of halal food. A Halal diet includes all domestic birds, cattle, sheep, goats, camels, buck, rabbits, fish & shellfish, locusts, fruit & vegetables, dairy, eggs, pulses, and legumes. This also includes the permissible food preparation techniques.
Halal Activities:
Activities in a Halal Trip are not so different from the ones in a normal trip but with certain rules and regulations. Pools, spa and leisure facilities for men and women, an open beach which separates males from females, private female-only beach, family-oriented facilities such as mixed beach areas for families with Islamic swimming dress code and Muslim prayer facilities.
Environment:
A halal trip is all about the environment, a suitable environment for Muslim travelers. Which includes:
- Well-trained staff
- Female staff for women
- Women-only floor/family-only floor
- Session for ladies in swimming pool/gym
- Ramadan services and facilities
- Family-friendly viewing TV
- Alcohol-free beverages in fridge
- Water usage-friendly washroom
